I love this chart about practicing moving away from negative thoughts. It reminds me of a lot of the "Y" part of Self-ValYOU because number 3 on the chart is just what I say you should do when you have a negative thought. Figure out WHY you are thinking negative or feeling like that. Lots of times it has NOTHING to do with you, or how you look. It's because you are upset about something else and getting negative is the fastest or easiest way to channel it. Taking a little time to let yourself feel your feelings is the better choice. And changing to positive takes work. You have to really make an effort! So I like that this is called a PRACTICE worksheet.
