A Very Virtual 5k (Again)

I wrapped up another season of Girls On The Run last weekend in their remote Strong Girls, Strong St. Louis 5k!

In the spring season I always volunteer at their big race downtown but like last year, because of Covid, the race was virtual. So I picked up my packet last week and ran my 5k in my neighborhood this past weekend! It was great to catch up with the GOTR team at the offices and I can’t wait to start finding a team to coach this fall in Springfield! #valYOUable
