Sole Season

It’s that time of the year again! I am so excited to share that my Girls On The Run Heart & Sole coaching location this year is at Parkway Central Middle School! We had our first coaching and activity meeting this past Friday and we start our full twice a week schedule this Wednesday. I’m so happy to be working with my co-coach Michelle, and it is going to be really great working with this age of girls. They are an awesome, diverse group and I can already tell it is going to be a special season. Our first lesson this week was about how to meet people and build our team in a confident way.
