Have you seen the series of ads from Dove promoting positive self image with women of all different shapes and sizes? I really like this chart with some eye-opening statistics about how social media affects how people, especially girls, view themselves when it comes to body confidence. Like yourself not because someone pressed a button (except I would love it if you liked this post) but because you appreciate that you are special beyond whether or not someone happened to see your selfie that day. (1 hour and 24 minutes preparing for selfies?!)
