What a morning at the Girls on the Run St. Louis 5k! Thank you so much to this amazing organization especially the Race Committee and Executive Director Courtney Berg for letting me run the Alumni Station, work the photo station, cheer and celebrate the runners, and meet so many fantastic people.

I got to take a break from working the Alumni Station to cheer on the runners and meet some awesome people.

My friend from school was running the race with her cousin

It was sort of emotional remembering my first experience with GOTR as a runner and how it was one of the inspirations to my developing the Self-ValYOU program.

I also helped run the Photo Station which was super popular. We shut it down!

These women are so inspirational and work tirelessly to improve young women.

I was so proud to be working alongside these strong and inspiring women and to watch all these young women runners feeling confident and great about themselves.
