Ok, Even Earlier

I know I just posted the other day about negative body image starting really young but I saw this infographic from Common Sense Media that talks about negative body image starting as young as 5 years old! That makes me really sad and I really appreciate how they specifically point out how "fat talk" needs to be banned, especially by moms and dads, so kids don't hear that kind of thing and try to do what they have seen and heard.
