A Dream IntervYOU Experience

I am so excited to share with you pictures from this past weekend when I got to do my most exciting IntervYOU yet!!! A few weeks ago I posted on my Self-Val YOU: Promoting Positive Personal Imagery blog about an amazing news reporter and meteorologist from right here in St. Louis who made national news when she responded to an email from a viewer who was very critical of her body. I decided to message her and she responded to me!! Tracy Hinson from KSDK-TV (St Louis) invited me to come to the station so that we could sit down and talk about her story and what it’s like to get emails like she did and how she handled it.

Not only did she let us use the KSDK News studio for our IntervYOU, but she even put my name up on the background screen!

I’m working on the video right now and I will post it in the IntervYOUs page as soon as I can but until then thank you SO MUCH Tracy, you made me feel so welcome and I loved meeting and talking to you in person. And in the meantime you can catch Tracy on Saturdays and Sundays on the Today In St. Louis show and when she does other reporting at different times during the week!
